Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover fading or changes in color due to exposure to sunlight or any other environmental factors. Additionally, it does not cover damages caused by improper installation, accidents, misuse, or modifications made to the window film.

Warranty Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our customer support within the warranty period. We may require additional information or documentation to process your claim. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, refund or replace the window film.

Note: The Warranty Policy does not apply to window films that are damaged during transit. Please refer to the Damaged Order Arrivals section of the Shipping Policy for window films that arrive damaged.
